Our mission is to get the most out of their career together with our players with full enthusiasm and fun. We do this in a unique way: by putting the interests of our players first and creating success for our players. So we go for the long-term relationship and success for our players! We create a trusted environment for our players and build a strong bond between them.

Talent is only one of the necessary conditions to reach the top. The other conditions are: work ethic and mentoring of the talent. Through our knowledge and experience, we ensure that the most optimal conditions are created, so that the player can fully focus on football. Our intensive personal guidance plays a crucial role in this. We are available day and night to help and support our players, whatever the nature of the challenge. Of course we will provide guidance for youth players in consultation with the parents (and, if necessary, the school).

We achieve our mission by being available 24/7 for the players we guide for matters both on and off the field. We offer our players complete support in various areas.

To guide players in making a transfer, having a strong (international) network is crucial. GOAL Sports Agency has access to this required network and maintains very good relations with influential people in the football world. This network ensures that we can introduce players to clubs and that we are approached by clubs or intermediaries regarding certain players.
